The mentorship program within the Rowe School of Business pairs 1st and 2nd  students with an upper-year student specifically in 4th year. This program is designed to help 1st and students develop connections with upper-year students and learn from them and their experiences. The benefits of joining this program for 1st-year students are as follows: it will help with the transition from high school to university and allow for networking and meeting other students in all years.
